My camera had to be sent in for a repair and I just got it back on Tuesday. Since blogs aren't really any fun to look at without pictures I haven't posted anything for quite a while. I'm jumping back into blogging now that I have a functioning computer and camera. Here is a cute picture of Ava and daddy at the park on Tuesday. Since Michael has a late night class we go to Chico every Tuesday to have lunch with him so he can see Ava because she is in bed when he gets home. This is Michael's little rule and we love getting out and going to see him, Ava really misses him during the week. Just a cute story about that- The other day I was sittiing on the couch and Ava said, "Mommy bye daddy. Shoe!" I asked her if she wanted to go see daddy and she said, "yeah" I didnt get up because we couldn't go see him that day so she came over and started pulling on my hand saying "come on!" She is getting so big I can't believe it.
The rest of these pictures are from Ava's play day with her little friend. Here they are playing in Ava's sand box. This kept them busy for about 20 minutes. That's a long time for Ava to be doing one thing, I was really impressed!
Apparently sand is "yummy yummy" she just kept eating it.
This was a fun game they made up. They thought it was really funny to look at each other through the tunnel and pop back up really fast. Its really fun to see her start to interact with kids her age, I love it! They were so cute together, we had a lot of fun. She can seriously come over to play ANY time.

Back it up!

I've been saying for months that I need to start backing up all of our pictures but never really got around to doing it. I always thought about how awful it would be to loose everything on my hard drive and last week guess what happened? My worst nightmare! My stinkin hard drive crashed! I talked to the Geek Squad to see if they could do anything and they said yes, probably and that recovering a hard drive can cost up to $2,000...ouch! Pictures are priceless, right? I guess I had to learn my lesson the hard way. For all of you who are like me and are too lazy to back things up, do it!

Super cat!

When I was in fourth grade all I wanted was a little white kitty. My parents told me that if I could learn my multiplication table and pass the test with a 100% that they would take me to the pet store to pick out a kitty. I quickly learned my multiplication table and my kitty Sabrina (after my favorite t.v. show- Sabrina the Teenage Witch) has been living with my parents ever since, for fourteen years! I really am not a big fan of cats but she is so sweet and I just love her. So about two weeks ago my mom called me to tell me that Sabrina had been missing for a week and she thought she was dead. Today I was telling Michael that I was sad that my kitty had died and about two hours later my mom called with some news. The neighbors down the street knocked on my parents door and told them that they had accidentally locked her in their shed THREE weeks ago without food or water and she was still alive! What a trooper, I'm so happy she is alive!
